★The external thread cylinder allows you to easily install the cylinder directly on the flat plate of the work fixture. This series has two types: single-action and double-action.
★Reciprocating type features: Clamping and loosening are completely controlled by the oil circuit. The clamping and loosening process of the angle cylinder is controlled alternately according to the direction of the reversing valve.
★Single-action features: The internal systemization is relatively simple, there is no unloading system, and the unloading stroke is completed by spring return force during unloading; there are fewer valves and accessories in the external pipeline, making the supporting system simpler, and the single-action type can return without load.
★The cylinder body is made of carbon steel, which has been treated with carburizing and nitriding, resulting in high surface hardness and high wear resistance on the inside of the cylinder.
★When the length of the pressure plate needs to be increased, please do not exceed 1.5 times the original length.
